Coaching Technology I Use With Clients
It is my aim to make the process of learning as effective, sustainable, accurate and enjoyable as possible.
To ensure this is achieved I utilise various pieces of coaching technology. Each resource will be used to highlight a specific point and will help to quantify any physical change or ‘feel’ the player is experiencing:
✅ TRACKMAN™2 RADAR LAUNCH MONITOR
Trackman is the industry leading launch monitor. It’s radar technology, used by the world’s best players, tracks the full trajectory of every shot pinpointing the landing position with an accuracy of less than 1 foot at 100yds. The shots 3D trajectory is displayed along with up to 26 other impact and ball flight parameters. The accuracy of the data allows coach and player to quantify any swing changes and enhance the correct feels. I use it to confirm technique improvements and when used in conjunction with video analysis can create excellent awareness between the physical swing and how that affects the shot being hit.

✅ CASIO EXILIM FH-25 CAMERA & C-SWING VIDEO ANALYSIS
I will use my camera and coaching software regularly, but not necessarily every lesson. It can be a real confidence boost for a client to witness the improvement they have made. I save every swing to my laptop, so it is easy to compare their current technique with videos from weeks, months or even years ago. Good use of video analysis combined with effective coaching can really enhance the players feel and understanding of their swing.
